No there are no contracts with us for us to collect on your nsf checks.

No, we will pursue check collections even if you have one bounced nsf check or 100 bounced nsf checks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COLLECT MY BOUNCED CHECKS?
We cannot give an exact answere to that question because all cases are different, some debtors close out there accounts
and skip and leave no trace as to where they are, that is where our SKIP TRACE DEPT. COMES IN, they use there resources
to track down the debtor, once located, then we start our procedure, & inform them that we have taken over the collections
process for the bounced check.
WHAT IF THE DEBTOR REFUSES TO PAY?
If the debtor refuses to pay then we threaten to place this acount on there credit report as an unpaid bounced nsf check,
it will remain there for up to seven years, we will also suggest legal action.
